  1. Pre-congress: search for venue and hotels, technical equipment, internet site, database, distribution, scientific programme, collection of abstracts, preparation of speakers.
  2. Congress: travel and lodging of speakers and guests, direction and scenography, press office, hostess/steward service in English, French and German. Viewing of congress programme directly from touch screens at congress venue.
  3. Post-congress: market research, multimedia CD-ROMs, handbooks, material for “train the trainers”.
